Our fees for debt negotiation are a two part flat fee, consisting of a Non-Refundable retainer and a flat fee based upon each debt negotiated on behalf of a client.

The first part of our fee, the up front Non-Refundable retainer fee of $600.00*, which retains our firm to negotiate on behalf of the client with 5 of their creditors.

The second portion of our fee is based upon our successful negotiation of debt reduction for our clients. For each creditor that  we successfully negotiate with on behalf of our client and obtain a settlement agreement that the client approves, we charge a flat fee of $300.00.

The flat fee of $300.00 is due upon the acceptance by the client of each settlement agreement obtained for them with each of their creditors.

* For Each Creditor above 5, we charge an additional $25.00 per creditor for our up-front non-refundable retainer fee.
